Carolina Students’ Financial allows users to request the deletion of the account created within the Carolina Students’ Financial Mobile App. To protect your personal and financial information, all deletion requests must be reviewed and verified by our administrative team before they are processed.

How to Request Account Deletion​

To request the deletion of your mobile app account, please contact Carolina Students’ Financial using one of the following methods:

When submitting your request, please provide enough information for our team to identify and verify your account. For your security, we may contact you to request additional information before approving the deletion.

Information That Will Be Deleted​

​Once your request has been verified and approved, the following information associated with your mobile app account will be deleted:

• Your user profile and account information created within the app

• App preferences and settings

• Associated login credentials and digital identifiers

 

Deleting your mobile app account does not necessarily close any active deposit, membership, loan, or other financial account you may hold with Carolina Students’ Financial. Please contact us directly for assistance with closing a financial account.

Information That May Be Retained​

Certain information may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or audit purposes. Any retained information will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time​

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 30 days after your identity and request have been successfully verified.
