Carolina Students' Financial exists to deliver banking that belongs to Tar Heels. As a not-for-profit, member-owned organization, we put students first in every decision we make. From budgeting basics to building credit, we provide the tools, education, and services UNC-Chapel Hill students need to take ownership of their financial lives.

We are built by students, for students. Founded and led by Tar Heels who understand the realities of paying for college, managing a first paycheck, and planning for life after graduation, we built Carolina Students' Financial because traditional banks were not built with us in mind. Our model is cooperative, our mission is educational, and our community is Carolina.
